This or That – a Comparison of Our Brand Services

Choosing to update your branding or brand your business for the first time is a huge step. Your brand is the face of your business and it speaks volumes about who you are! It’s typically the first thing your audience interfaces with and can have a large impact on someone hearing about your business converting into a paying client or customer. We recognize that branding isn’t a one-size-fits-all situation, but we also want to make selecting a brand package simple. We offer two branding packages and wanted to dive into each of them a bit to help distinguish which would be the best option for you and your brand.

Brand Basics Session

This service is our fastest solution where we get all of the foundational elements you need in your brand created and formatted in just one day. This 1-day offering is a great fit for you if:

• You’re just needing the basics to get you started
• You believe in the value of design, but don’t have a large budget
• You’re a quick decision maker & love the efficiency of a single day
• You have a newer business or you want to move away from DIY branding

This type of session may NOT be a great fit for you if:

• You prefer to take your time making decisions + mulling over feedback notes, so a longer project may work better
• You are looking for a design style that is super intricate
• You want lots of extras, like design templates, printed collateral, social graphics, etc.

Here’s what’s included in our Brand Basics Session:

• 1 day working collaboratively with one of our designers
• Brand exploration questionnaire
• Mood Board
• Color Palette + Hex Codes
• Typography Palette
• Primary logo
• 2 additional marks or logo variations
• Formatted Brand Files

What’s not included:

• Art Direction Guide including the overall feel, photography recommendations, & notes on overall persona.
• Secondary logo
• Graphics such as icons, basic illustrations, or patterns
• Mockups and/or graphics that can be used to promote the new brand design
• Brand Style Guide with usage recommendations
• Design of collateral items

Full Brand Identity Intensive

This is our most comprehensive brand design offering. This intensive is contained to a week, so we still move quickly, but you have a bit more time to think through decisions and we dive into the brand a bit more in depth. This 1-week offering is a great fit for you if:

• You’d love help with more holistic brand elements, such as marketing collateral (like social templates, business cards, pricing guides, etc.) or photography direction
• You’re looking for a more in-depth focus on your brand identity
• You love the efficiency of working in a focused sprint together, but you also like the idea of having a night or two to sleep on design decisions + choices
• You may have a new or existing business that’s ready for a timeless, elevated design

This type of intensive may NOT be a great fit for you if:

• You don’t love the idea of working in a shortened timeline & prefer the more traditional route so you can spend a couple months diving in to your design work.
• You aren’t necessarily needing a full brand suite or design collateral, & just want a simple logo & a color palette to get you started. (If this is you, check out our 1-Day Brand Basics sessions!)
