5 Photo Styling Essentials from Amazon to Shop This Prime Day
Photo Styling Essentials
We love thinking outside the box & using items that you may not think of for styling photos (think: curtains, tablecloths, linen napkins, etc. for flat lay backdrops or wooden Christmas tree garlands for texture & visual interest). Here are a few of our current favorites:
Acrylic Blocks Set
This is one we don’t see very often, but we absolutely LOVE these little blocks! The way that they have the ability to refract sunlight allows us to play with light in a really beautiful way. Use them layered on top of paper goods (as seen above on our Free Valentine’s Day Printables) or underneath your items to bring height.
Natural Linen Tablecloth
This tablecloth is has a beautiful, heavier weight & has just the right amount of wrinkles to get that textured linen vibe for your images. We love draping them from the wall & along the floor or another surface to create a stunning studio backdrop-style feel that’s elevated & interesting. Plus, the way the light plays off of this linen creates beautiful shadows, so have fun with it!
Ivory Curtains Set
These curtains are a lightweight, airy option that we love for a more fine art feel for our flat lays – the ivory is bright & crisp & we love how it photographs! (Shown here layered on top of the Natural Linen Tablecloth mentioned above!)
Cotton Mesh Produce Bags
These produce bags are so fun to style with! You can place objects inside of them (think: magazines, fruit, books, etc.) or simply use them as an added layer of dimension in your flat lays.
Wooden Beaded Garland
We snagged this garland for our studio Christmas tree last year, but realized how much we loved it & ended up deciding to keep it up year-round. This is another fun, textural piece that adds visual interest to flat lays, shelfies, & other photos.
